The Mission of Page Family Practice
Is to continue our 40 year tradition of providing care to our patients as if they were members of our own family. We have committed ourselves to an advanced family medicine program that will allow us to provide our patients with the best chance for health and longevity. In addition, we have committed to fostering an atmosphere of continuous quality improvement in our work environment and the development of team-based proficiencies that are at the core of our ability to provide optimal, comprehensive health care.

Access to your medical records, lab results, and bill payment online through a secure web portal. Vastly improved ability for your health care team to gather, assess, and report information — improving the qulity of your care as a result. Practicing evidence based medicine — Using the latest information and technology to make sure that you are receiving hte most current care practices.
