George is a former San Francisco bay area local who moved to Arizona in 2016. He earned his undergrad from Brigham Young university Idaho where he majored in Microbiologyand minored in Spanish. While at BYU-I he interned at UC-Davis in the Biochemistry research lab, studying the effects of chemotherapy medications on microscopic organisms. His medical training and experience began during his time as a Spanish interpreter at Madison Memorial Hospital in Rexburg, ID and his formal education as a Physician Assistant was completed through Heritage University on the Yakama Nationa reservation in Toppenish, WA. George is fluent in three languages: English, Spanish and Q’eqchi’ (a Mayan dialect from Guatemala); and is always ecstatic to utilize his linguistic capabilities whenever the occasion arises.
In his free time, George loves to go exploring with his wife and son in the surrounding cities and in the mountains up north, and he especially loves giving piggy-back rides in the pool to his toddler. When not with family he can be found reading just about any genre of books, enjoying video games or catching up with the latest movies and TV shows.
