Jessica Symmes, FNP is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to utilizing preventative care and working closely with her patients to develop personalized treatment plans that focus on improving overall health and wellness. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in Fine Arts and Master of Science in Nursing with an Emphasis in Leadership in Health Care Systems from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. She is currently a doctoral candidate at Grand Canyon University and will obtain her Doctorate of Nursing Practice in June 2023.
Jessica has experience as a medical surgical oncology charge nurse at Banner Desert Medical Center. She is currently a professor at Grand Canyon University’s Honors College, guiding over 150 students and collaborating with senior management to create engaging programs for nursing students. When she is not working, Jessica enjoys yoga, real estate, teaching dance, and spending time with her family.
